Month: December 2016
2016 is finally coming to a close.
I am quite pleased that this year is ending. For so many it has been too long, too heartbreaking, and it has brought so much to light that a great many feel blinded by the nastiness revealed.
The ending of this year is a thing celebrated.
Personally, I prefer to lay this year to rest in the sweet slumber of history. A part of the lessons to be derived from our multitudinous mistakes.
The beginning of 2017 is a great and glorious opportunity to create better for our world. All of us have the opportunity to change the world in our own small way. Each little change will and does add up.
Every deed you perform, whether for good or ill, adds up in your spirit as well.
Good things pile up inside and good spills out of you at every turn.
Bad things pile up too. Festering inside and oozing out, or pouring forth constantly.
Both are very, very visible to the ones that pay attention and look to truly see the world around them. To the ones awake. Those who would take the world as it comes with all its glory and pain.
Choose wisely which one you are pouring forth into the world. We are the change we have been seeking, we can and will make a difference. Our choices make ALL the difference.
I am welcoming 2017 with open arms, mind, heart, and soul.
